Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Timeline

We ship shelf-stable pouches Monday–Wednesday to ensure fast and fresh delivery.

Delivery Estimate:

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days

  • Shipping time: 2–7 business days via FedEx Ground Economy

  • Total delivery window: 4–12 days from order

You’ll get a tracking link once your order ships. Tracking may skip steps (e.g. "Label Created" → "Out for Delivery").


Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • 48 contiguous U.S. states

  • Washington, D.C.

We do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes

  • Alaska or Hawaii

  • U.S. Territories

Use a valid street address at checkout. Orders with PO Boxes will be canceled and refunded.


Subscription Flexibility

You’re in control.

  • Pause, cancel, or change your subscription anytime before your next charge date

  • Get an email 5 days before your card is charged

  • Want your box early? Use the “Order Now” button in your account (just once to avoid duplicate orders)

We may adjust your order based on product availability.


Shelf Life

  • All pouches have a minimum 6-month shelf life

  • Store in a cool, dry place

  • After opening: refrigerate and use within 24 hours


Refunds & Order Issues

All sales are final.
We don’t accept returns, but we’re here to make things right if something’s wrong.

If your product arrives damaged, email us at care@sophiesorganics.com with:

  • Order number

  • Photos and details of the issue

  • Date you received the order

We’ll send a refund, replacement, or credit based on the situation.


Promotions

  • One promo code per order

  • Promo codes are one-time use

  • Enter at checkout or in your account portal
